Kim Jong Un, willing to discuss that the United States, if they give up demanding the country's denuclearization
North Korean President Kim Jong was a declared open to resume contact with the United States if the latter give up asking the Phenian to abandon his nuclear weapons program, the North Korean press reported on Monday, quoted by AFP.

“If the United States abandon their delusional obsession with denuclearization and, recognizing reality, really want to coexist with us, then there is no reason why we can not sit before them.”said Kim, according to KCNA news agency, writes Agerpres.
The North Korean leader added:
“Personally, I have pleasant memories of the current US president, Donald Trump”.
The Phenian performed six nuclear tests between 2006 and 2017 and has since continued to develop his arsenal, despite severe international sanctions.
North Korea justifies its military nuclear program through the threats he claims to face from the United States and its allies, including South Korea. In January Kim Jong one said this program will continue “In unlimited term”.

Trump, who had a rare series of meetings with Kim Jong during his first term, showed his availability, from returning to power in January, to resume contact with the North Korean leader, which he described as a “Intelligent type”.
The two first met at a historic summit in Singapore in June 2018, the second in Hanoi in Vietnam in February 2019 and the last time at the Intercorean Border in June 2019.
The meetings did not lead to any progress towards the final denuclearization of the Phenian.
We recall that, in June, North Korea refused to accept a letter sent by US President Donald Trump to Kim Jong Un. According to NK News, the national news portal, the letter was sent with the intention to resume the bilateral dialog suspended for several years.
