According to investigators, the 31-year-old Kadyrov acted with a friend-Elena Gurko, who works as deputy artistic director of the Eldar film concert hall. Previously, the couple organized Emil’s linden concerts in Eldar, the tickets for which were sold out through Pushkin cards. There were no performances, the cinema -concert hall received transfers from the budget.
Total damage: about 1.3 million rubles. The competent authorities became interested in the singer after they noticed that his concerts from the State Committee were leaving a suspiciously a lot of money. Moreover, for some reason, he was not particularly interested in people without a Pushkin map. As a result, special forces visited Kadyrov. The metropolitan SK opened a criminal case of fraud on an especially large scale.
