The Kirovsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk considered a criminal case against a local resident accused of fictitiously registering migrants. This was reported by the joint press service of the regional courts.
It has been established that from June to August 2025 Krasnoyarsk fictitiousO postvila 8 foreign citizens are registered at the place of residence in the residential premises. At the same time, she did not provide them with premises to live and stay. As a result, the accused deprived the migration service of the opportunity to control these foreign citizens, including their movement on Russian territory.
Pa criminal case was opened regarding this fact according to Art. 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Factive registration of a foreign citizen at the place of stay in the Russian Federation.” The court found the woman guilty and fined her 20,000 rubles with payment of the fine in installments for 5 months.
