The mayor's office named areas of Krasnoyarsk with a dominance of illegal advertising

Since the beginning of 2026, 213 illegal advertising structures have been identified in Krasnoyarsk:
132 ground shields, 65 banners on facades and 16 on fences.

The districts with the largest number of illegal advertisements were Sovetsky and Leninsky.

Over the course of 5 months, 142 illegal billboards were removed from the streets and 122 structures were dismantled from the facades of houses.

“Such advertising structures not only violate the law, but also pose a danger to residents. We demolish most of it at the expense of the city administration, 1/3 is done by the entrepreneurs themselves. We recover the costs through the court. But in any case, we are limited by the terms of federal law: after identifying an illegal advertising structure, the owner has 30 days to dismantle it, and only after this period has expired do we forcibly demolish the object. Therefore, we once again urge advertisers to take a responsible approach to choosing placements and not to sponsor unscrupulous entrepreneurs,” said Andrey Agafonov, deputy head of the architecture department and head of the outdoor advertising department.
