Krasnoyarsk residents will be able to report traffic violations on Yurent scooters through a chatbot in MAX

9 June 14:26

The kicksharing service Yurent (part of the MTS group of companies) launched a special chat bot “Comply with traffic rules with Yurent” in the MAX messenger for residents of Krasnoyarsk.

Through it, you can report violations of traffic rules on rented scooters: for example, if the driver abandoned the vehicle in the middle of the sidewalk, did not dismount at a pedestrian crossing, and also if there are two people or a minor driving.

To apply, you need to take a photo of the violation, indicate the time and place. All complaints go to the service support service, which promptly processes each of them. If the fact is confirmed, sanctions will be applied to the user.

Yurent notes that chatbots have long proven themselves to be an effective tool for dealing with offenders on kick-sharing scooters. In 2025 alone, more than 250 thousand requests were processed through a similar bot on Telegram throughout Russia.
