Weather alert for Bucharest. A yellow gale code will soon be in effect

The capital is subject to a yellow code of strong storms until tonight at 9 p.m., according to the special forecast for Bucharest published by the National Meteorological Administration.
Between June 8th, 12:00 p.m. and June 8th, 9:00 p.m., a code yellow meteorological warning message will be in effect for the municipality of Bucharest for atmospheric instability and quantitatively significant showers.
The weather will be generally unstable throughout Monday, forecasters said. The sky will be variable, with temporarily increased cloudiness in the afternoon and evening, when there will be showers, (generally 15…20 l/m2), electrical discharges and short-term intensification of the wind.
Gales (gust speeds of 50…70 km/h) and small and medium-sized hail will be possible. The maximum temperature will be 28…30 degrees, and the minimum 15…17 degrees.
On Tuesday, the sky will be variable, with clouds in the afternoon and evening, when the probability of showers, lightning and short-term intensification of winds will be high. The maximum temperature will be around 29 degrees.
