In Krasnoyarsk, a contractor has been identified for the construction of a new building of the Solnechny boarding house. According to data from the government procurement portal, KSKU UKS entered into a contract with Construction Company SEM and K LLC.

A four-story building with an area of ​​almost 9 thousand square meters. meters will appear in the Sovetsky district of the city, in the area of ​​Svetlova Street. It is fully adapted for comfortable and safe living for the elderly and disabled. Inside there will be living rooms, medical and utility rooms, a dining room, areas for classes and rehabilitation, as well as a winter garden.

The contractor will have to perform a full range of works: from construction and installation to commissioning, as well as purchase the necessary equipment. The contract value is 918.7 million rubles. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned by May 31, 2028.

Let us remind you that the costs of construction of the facility were previously approved in the budget of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. An agreement on the implementation of the project was reached in the fall at a meeting between the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Mikhail Kotyukov, and the Minister of Labor of the Russian Federation, Anton Kotyakov.

Now there are two branches of the Solnechny boarding house in Krasnoyarsk – on Slavy Street and on Ulyanovsky Avenue. The new building will be the third.
