On May 2–3, it will begin to warm up in Ukraine and the frosts will recede. Forecaster Natalya Didenko spoke about this on Telegram on April 29.
According to her, these days the daytime air temperature will be +11…+16 °C, and in Volyn and the Rivne region on Sunday it is predicted to be +17…+20 °C.
On April 30 in Ukraine, according to Didenko, there is still a chance of frost at night, on Thursday afternoon +8…+11 °C is expected, in the south it will be a little warmer – +10…+13 °C.
Rain will occur in the north, northeast, and central parts. In the west, south and southeast – no precipitation. The wind is northwest, moderate or light.
In Kyiv on April 30, light rain is forecast. At night +1…+3 °С, during the day +8…+10 °С.
“May 1 will still be a transitional day from cold to warmth. But on May 2–3, the warmth will become bolder, and precipitation is unlikely to prevent us from finally enjoying at least timid, but promising warmth – dry weather with sunny clearings is expected at the weekend,” Didenko added.
According to her forecast, the weather next week will be even better.
