The logistics industry in Poland is struggling with a shortage of employees. That's who they're looking for

The published report by ManpowerGroup shows that 68 percent logistics companies have encountered difficulties in recruiting new employees over the last six months.

Employment costs are the main barrier to recruitment

The same percentage of enterprises, i.e. 43%, complain about strong competition for employees and problems with finding people willing to work in shifts. Almost one third of companies, 32% to be exact, noted the sheer shortage of available candidates on the labor market.

Training and reskilling are the answer of logistics companies
In the face of recruitment difficulties, employers focus primarily on the development of already employed people.
