The former Minister of Health Vlad Voiculescu, the honorary adviser of the president Nicușor Dan, committed a blunder of proportions on Thursday, after using obscene words in a post on Facebook.

Voiculescu addressed a topic in the field of health and to help increase followers he used the hashtag, next to which he wrote “M…E PSD”, according to Cotidianul.

Probably after realizing what a mistake he made, Vlad Voiculescu edited the post. In the text, the former Minister of Health writes about the PNRR funds that Romanian hospitals have lost and about the failure of the policies promoted by the Ministers of Health appointed by the PSD in this position.

“Abandoned construction sites: an example is the center with 115 beds (19 ATI) on Calea Șerban Vodă (Zerlendi) of the Marius Nasta hospital. The builder left the construction site because his invoices were not paid. The cost overruns alone are more than 240 million euros (in total) according to Mr. Cseke's statements (…) From the second interim term of Attila Cseke (2021) to the third term of of Atilla Cseke (2026), the Ministry of Health was completely under PSD leadership“, Vlad Voiculescu wrote on Facebook.

Where does the expression “M***E PSD” come from

The expression “M…E PSD” remained a symbol of the protests against the Justice laws, after the adoption of Ordinance 13 during the Grindeanu Government, in 2017.

It later became even more famous in 2018 when a driver was fined for having his license plates personalized with the message “M***E PSD”. The car was registered in Sweden.
