The check found that these residents have diagnoses in which driving vehicles is prohibited by law, as they pose a danger to all road users.
The court agreed with the arguments of the supervisory authority and terminated the driver's licenses of 11 citizens. The execution of decisions on claims is under the control of the prosecutor's office.
In addition, it turned out that two residents of the district were issued false certificates of absence of mental illness, although they were diagnosed with schizophrenia. Based on these facts, checks are being carried out, during which a fundamental assessment of the actions of health workers will be given.
