By the evening of May 3, the water slept another 73 cm relative to the morning indicator and stopped at a level of 955 cm at a critical level of 1107 cm.
Recall that in the evening of May 2, the water rose to the mark of 1149 cm. In the regional administration of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, it was reported that there were no flooded residential buildings and plots, but the water was overflowing through the roadway of Lugovaya Street.
Now the carriageway is free from water, flooded houses and plots.
