In Krasnoyarsk, at the Yenisei Privoz food market, an entrepreneur was found to have violations in the sale of meat. This was reported by the Rosselkhoznadzor department for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The inspection concerned an entrepreneur who sold lamb, beef and offal. Experts found that chilled lamb and lamb kidneys were sold without veterinary and sanitary examination and the necessary accompanying documents in the Mercury system.
Beef storage conditions were also violated. The meat lay on the floor without pallets, on a cardboard backing. In addition, the entrepreneur did not submit veterinary accompanying documents on time. By law, this must be done within 24 hours after the products arrive at the retail outlet. As a result, 28.3 kg of meat and offal were removed from circulation. The products were destroyed in a specialized organization under the control of veterinary specialists.
The entrepreneur was brought to administrative responsibility. He was fined 30 thousand rubles. Information based on the results of the inspection visit was sent to the prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
