In the Karatuz municipal district, the mother was punished for resisting the police officer when the child is withdrawn. This was told in the United press service of the vessels of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The events took place on March 28. The inspector for minors, in uniform and in execution, came to the woman home to check the information about her violation of parental duties. It turned out that the mother drinks alcohol in the company of outsiders in front of her young daughter. To protect the child, the inspector decided to remove the girl and deliver her to the police.
The tipsy mother did not like this idea. Therefore, when the inspector tried to take the child out of the house, the woman grabbed her neck and squeezed her hand with force, thereby causing physical pain to the representative of the authorities. Thus, the girl’s mother wanted to prevent the performance of the police officer.
On this fact, a criminal case was opened under Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the application of violence in relation to a representative of the authorities). At the trial, the woman did not admit guilt. However, the court, assessing the nature and social danger of the act, appointed her 6 months of the colony-settlement. Later, the punishment was replaced with 6 months of forced labor with the deduction of 10 % of the salary in favor of the state.
The court also granted the civil lawsuit of the inspector for minors and decided to recover 10 thousand rubles from the woman from the woman compensation for non -pecuniary damage.
