Four catering outlets with meat of unknown origin were found in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

In Minusinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Rosselkhoznadzor identified four catering establishments where they prepared dishes from livestock products of unknown origin. This was reported in the regional department of the department.

The violations were found between April 29 and May 8. Experts found that fast food enterprises did not have veterinary accompanying documents for incoming products. In some cases, documents were issued for only part of the goods. Because of this, it is impossible to confirm the quality and safety of the meat used for cooking.

The list of violators included the Hide Lounge cafe, Forelle, “ShaurmaBro” and the “Peretz” grill bar. Entrepreneurs were given warnings about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements. Rosselkhoznadzor noted that monitoring of catering establishments through the Mercury system is carried out regularly. Specialists check whether products for cooking are accompanied by the necessary veterinary documents.
