In the village of Ploskoye, Emelyanovsky municipal district, three dogs attacked an 11-year-old girl, the child was injured. This was reported to the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia.
Based on the incident, investigators opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 118 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing grievous bodily harm through negligence).
Now law enforcement officers are establishing all the circumstances of the incident and carrying out the necessary investigative actions.
