Almost 13 tons of strawberries were checked in the Krasnoyarsk Territory before sale

April 27 10:33
The fresh strawberry season has started in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The berry has already appeared on the shelves – the first batches were brought from Kyrgyzstan and China. Before getting into stores, the products were tested by Rosselkhoznadzor.
Department specialists inspected 43 batches of strawberries with a total weight of 12.9 tons. They checked documents, inspected transport and the products themselves, and also selected samples for laboratory testing.
No quarantine pests or diseases were found in the berries. The owners received deeds authorizing the sale.
As Gorod Prima writes, this year they are asking 250 rubles for a glass of strawberries. A plastic container with berries will cost 700 rubles, and a small box – 1.5 thousand.
The fresh fruit season is just gaining momentum. The first deliveries of cherries from Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan are expected in mid-May, and apricots, peaches and nectarines in June.
The quarantine facilities that experts are looking for are safe for people, but can destroy up to 80% of agricultural crops.
