The elderly Krasnoyark gave the apartment of her friend's daughter and almost stayed on the street

The prosecutor's office helped the 72-year-old Krasnoyarsk to return the only housing taken away from her by a neighbor.

In 2019, a 72-year-old resident of the Right Bank calmly lived in her apartment, until strange people began to visit her one after another. They asked tricky questions and were interested in whether the woman wanted to sell the apartment. The alarmed pensioner shared her experiences on this score with her friend, and she offered a “saving” plan: in order to safely move to Kansk, and the apartment to “give” her daughter.

“In words, everything looks noble: a woman will allegedly retain the right to live in an apartment, just documents will be reissued for security. Krasnoyarka agreed. Age, naivety and pressure of circumstances played a role – she signed a gift, ”the prosecutor’s office said.

For three years, an elderly woman lived in a strange house in Kansk, and when she decided to return to Krasnoyarsk, she found new residents in her apartment who changed the castles. The former friend and her daughter was only shrugable to the demand to return housing with their hands, according to documents, the property was listed behind them.

However, the prosecutor’s office stood up to the defense of the pensioner. The audit showed: the woman, being in error and without realizing the consequences, lost her only housing. The prosecutor sent a lawsuit to the court, who recognized the transaction invalid – the gift agreement was canceled, and the apartment was returned to the legal owner.

After the court’s decision, the defendants did not delay the conflict and voluntarily gave the keys.
