Take one egg and a pinch of soda – and the pancakes will not settle. Secrets of porous dough


Fluffy and soft pancakes will be made from porous dough, which is prepared with kefir. The recipe for its preparation was told by the author of the Ukrainian culinary YouTube blog “Budni Maistra”.

The blogger noted: pancakes according to this recipe do not settle after baking.

Products:

  • 200 g of kefir with a fat content of 2.5%, the higher the fat content of kefir, the tastier the pancakes;
  • 200 g flour;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 0.5 tsp. soda – it is very important to add it to the flour, and not pour it into kefir.

Preparation

  1. Add egg, sugar and kefir to a bowl.
  2. Pour in vegetable oil and stir.
  3. Add soda to the flour and sift.
  4. Add flour and baking soda to the liquid base and stir.
  5. Cover the dough with cling film and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
  6. Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil on both sides under the lid. The fire should be small. You need to fry on one side for about a minute.
  7. Place the finished pancakes on a paper towel.
