Sovcombank opens a new season of the Adventure League career festival for university students and graduates
In 2026, participants will enjoy new formats, an expanded final part and a headliner – blogger Maxim Lutchak. The festival will take place in Krasnoyarsk May 30on Thursday, at the site of the Creative Space “Kvadrat” (Red Army Street, 10, building 4).
“League of Adventures” is a free career festival of Sovcombank for students and graduates, which has been running since 2023. The project is designed as a demo day in the company: participants can get to know the team and corporate culture from the inside, try themselves in different career tracks, receive personal advice from recruiters and, in an informal atmosphere, understand how work works in a large bank.
This season the festival program will combine several areas. Participants will be able to complete activities in IT, finance and sales, communicate with bank specialists one-on-one, ask questions about internships, starting a career and employment, as well as earn points and exchange them for branded merch.
The main update of the season will be the final public talk – a live conversation about careers without formalities and “correct answers.” The headliner of the festival will be Maxim Lutchak, a blogger and influencer known for his content about the zoomer generation, office life and modern career scenarios. During the public talk, speakers will discuss real career stories, mistakes and failures, controversial theses about work and money, and will also analyze situations that participants will be able to submit directly during the event.

Today, it is important for young professionals not only to find a job, but also to understand which team is right for them, what values the employer shares, and what opportunities for growth it really provides. That is why we make the festival as open, practical and lively as possible. We want participants to leave not only with strong emotions, but also with a clearer understanding of their professional path,” said Nadiya Imametdinova, HR Director of Sovcombank.
The festival will also take place on May 16 in Novosibirsk (Loft Park Podzemka) and on May 23 in Saratov (Technopark Saratov Digital).
