Specialists of the Krasnoyarsk Heating Network (a branch of the Yenisei TGC, a division of the Siberian Generating Company in the Yenisei Siberia region) are completing an audit of areas that were not improved due to the late completion of repairs last year.

Restoration work has already begun. In total, there are 281 plots in terms of improvement. Now the condition of each of them is being assessed, a list of works is being compiled and procedures are being launched to select contractors.

The preliminary results of the audit already make it possible to assess the scale of the upcoming improvement – more than 30 thousand square meters will be laid in the areas that are included in the priority plan. meters of asphalt and about 20 thousand square meters were restored. meters of lawns.

At the same time, experts emphasize: this is not the full volume – the final figures will be higher and will become known after the completion of the survey of all territories. In addition to paving and restoring green areas, the work includes installing curbstones and tidying up the surrounding infrastructure.

Before the start of full-fledged improvement, during the spring thaw in a number of areas, in response to the request of the townspeople, power engineers had already completed filling with crushed stone. The postponement of the improvement to 2026 is due to the scale of the repair campaign and climatic conditions. In a number of cases, repairs of heating networks were completed in late autumn, when restoration work was no longer possible.

Since 2020, SGK has been systematically updating the heating network infrastructure of Krasnoyarsk, annually transferring large volumes – up to 50 kilometers of networks. This year, major repairs will affect more than 30 kilometers, and taking into account reconstruction and new construction, the 2026 program includes about 55 kilometers. The renovation of communications has already yielded results, the overall wear and tear of the heating supply system has decreased by 30%, and Krasnoyarsk has passed through the last three winters without serious incidents on heating networks.
