During the inspection, which took place in the summer, specialists were unable to provide shipping documentation for the imported watermelons that were being sold, ensuring their traceability. In addition, in the sales area of the store in Sibirsky Lane there were washed carrots for sale, which had deteriorated and did not meet the organoleptic indicators; in total, 3.97 kg of carrots were voluntarily removed from sale by the sellers.
Also in the right bank “Okay” in the Grocery warehouse, potholes were found on the concrete floor, and in the left bank storeroom, numerous chips, cracks and gouges were found on the floor of the sales area. It also turned out that the store did not carry out routine repairs to the refrigeration chamber intended for storing dairy products.
“All identified violations of sanitary legislation have been eliminated. The fine has been paid,” Rospotrebnadzor reported.
