
The author of the Ukrainian culinary Facebook blog “Smachno ta Korisno” told how to make fried pies from yeast dough in just 10 minutes, which does not require long and complex manipulations – just mix all the products and “forget” the dough in the refrigerator for two hours.
According to the blogger, pies according to this recipe are soft, airy, and incredibly simple and easy to prepare.
Products:
- 4 tbsp. flour;
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 0.5 tsp. salt;
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oils;
- 500 ml milk;
- 11 g dry yeast.
Preparation
- In a deep bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Transfer the dough into a bag and refrigerate for two hours.
- Take out the dough and knead with flour.
- Form pies with any filling.
- Fry on both sides in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
