Cooler than barbecue: a snack on the grill in 20 minutes – eaten first: experienced gourmets almost swallowed the tongue

There are snacks that fly away from plates faster than meat. And sometimes you want diversity, otherwise all the meat, but meat. Prepare an unusual roll, but not Japanese with raw fish. Ours is much tastier, but it is prepared easier: no need to pickle, nothing is dripping in the coals, and even the children ask for supplements. The most difficult thing is to have time to leave yourself a piece.

That's all you need, says the TG channel “Daches of everyday life” (18+):

  • Lavash – 2 pieces (for strength).
  • Any minced meat is chicken, beef, even a vegetable is suitable.
  • Favorite greens.
  • Cheese (hard or soft, the main thing is to melt).

We lay the lavash on the table, evenly distribute the favorite minced meat on it, sprinkle with chopped herbs and cheese. Carefully, but very tightly, we turn off – the roll should be tight so that nothing falls. For reliability, we wrap two lavash at once.

Then we cut the roll with portioned pieces – so that it is convenient to put on a skewer or put on a bars. We cook on the barbecue: 10 minutes in each direction, while the crust becomes crispy, and inside everything begins to ooze the aroma.
