In March, loading on Krasnodar Railways increased by 1.3%

Loading on the Krasnoyarsk Railway in March 2026 amounted to 7.1 million tons, which is 1.3% higher than the result of March last year.
Freight turnover in March increased by 5.4% and reached 13.2 billion tariff ton-km; freight turnover, taking into account the mileage of empty cars during the same period, increased by 3.9% and amounted to 15.4 billion ton-km.
Loading for I quarter of 2026 amounted to 20.2 million tons, which is 5.8% less than the result of the same period in 2025.
During January-March the following were loaded on the Krasnoyarsk Railway:
- hard coal – 15 million tons (-4% by January–March 2025);
- oil and petroleum products – 1.6 million (at last year’s level);
- non-ferrous ore and sulfur raw materials – 1.1 million tons (-18.5%);
- iron and manganese ore – 391.6 thousand tons (-3.4%);
- grain – 361.7 thousand tons (+29%);
- construction cargo – 232.4 thousand tons (+22%).
Loading of remaining cargo, including the above items shipped in containers, amounted to 602 thousand tons.
Freight turnover for I the quarter of 2026 amounted to 36.8 billion tariff ton-km (-0.7% compared to the same period in 2025), freight turnover, taking into account the mileage of empty cars, was 42.8 billion ton-km (-1.2%).
