In Krasnoyarsk, contractors received a fee for road repairs after the intervention of the prosecutor's office.
According to the supervisory authority, in 2025, KraiDEO JSC entered into subcontract agreements with StroyServis LLC and Vazhnye Details LLC. The latter were supposed to repair roads in Krasnoyarsk and fulfilled their obligations on time. The subcontractors provided the customer with all the necessary documents, but never received the full fee. In total, entrepreneurs were missing 6 million rubles.
The payment deadlines have expired, but the entrepreneurs have not received the money. In this regard, the prosecutor's office made a representation to the debtor. After the measures were taken, the missing amount was quickly found. The company settled accounts with small business representatives.
JSC KraiDEO was brought to administrative responsibility for violating the procedure for providing services (Part 4 of Article 7.30.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
