Krasnoyarsk Territory entered the three leaders in the pace of overhaul of houses

Krasnoyarsk Territory in the top three in the country for overhauls of houses, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services said.

In the first four months of 2025, major repairs were held in 215 houses of the region. According to the Federal Fund for the Development of Territories, this is the third result in the country. It was more possible to do more in the Moscow region, where 1312 houses were repaired, as well as in Moscow – 532 houses.

The gas supply system was replaced in 18 apartment buildings, in 80 buildings the roof was thoroughly repaired, in 55 houses elevated elevators. Also, 5 basements have been replaced from the beginning of the year, the engineering systems of cold, hot heat supply in 36 houses have been replaced, and at 14, facades were updated, and in 53 houses an electrician was replaced.

In total, this year in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the plan includes more than 1.5 thousand common house systems in more than 1220 apartment buildings.

Recall that last year, according to the regional capital of overhaul, it was possible to fulfill 97 % of the plan – to repair 964 houses. In total, 14,086 apartment buildings are included in the regional overhaul program. In the accounts of the regional operator there is 6.8 billion rubles, payables are 938.5 million rubles.
