Former State Duma deputy and current deputy chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Sergei Natarov, who has been in custody for 4.3 years, spoke in the court debate.
He stated that the criminal case fabricated by transport law enforcement against him and other defendants by the defense in court was “broken to smithereens” and “he has no further prospects.”

Natarov is confident that, taking into account the irrefutable evidence of innocence presented by the defense, the Kirovsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk, or later a higher court, will make a decision to acquit or return the case to the prosecutor.
