In Russia, from September 1, a new procedure for providing patients with preferential medicines entered into force. It was approved by the Ministry of Health of Russia.
If the drug is not in the pharmacy, the recipe must be accepted “for delayed service” and provide on time:
- up to 3 working days – if it costs a note “CITO” (urgently);
- up to 10 working days – for ordinary drugs;
- up to 30 working days – if you need to buy.
The deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Ilya Zaitsev, explained that earlier the deadlines were absent in the departmental federal order and there was an indication only for the duration of the recipe – up to 30 days.
Now in pharmacies a magazine will appear where such recipes are made. Within 1 day after the drug is received, pharmacy staff must inform the patient.
“In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the notifications come through calls from pharmacies or PUSH messages in the appendix“ pharmacy 24farmacia.ru ”. Drugs intended exclusively for the hospital is now prohibited from letting go through retail pharmacies. – The deputy noted.
