Just 1 drink in the morning will help you look great for the holidays without makeup. Expert Anna Marchenko shared the recipe for a green smoothie in the Zen blog “Naturopath|Nutriciologist” (18+).
How to make a smoothie:
Take a fresh cucumber, a stalk of celery, a bunch of spinach, half a green apple, a handful of flaxseeds and 200 ml of clean water. Beat everything in a blender until smooth.
Benefits of green smoothie:
Apple contains pectin, which gently cleanses the body, and clear skin begins with detox. Spinach works on the same principle, supporting digestion and microflora balance.
Cucumber saturates the body with vitamins and minerals, helps remove toxins, and makes the overall appearance fresh. Celery is rich in vitamins A, C and K, which are responsible for an even tone and radiance.
Flaxseeds are a “cool” source of Omega-3. They will make your skin nourished and smooth, and will also help strengthen your hair and nails.
If you drink this smoothie every morning for at least two weeks, you will see the first results by the holidays. The skin will become more hydrated, the complexion will improve, and your overall health will be noticeably more cheerful.
