In the Kirovsky district of Krasnoyarsk, the sixth emergency building is being resettled at the KRT site – a two-story barracks at 331 Semafornaya Street. Then it will be demolished.
The building was built in 1934 and has 12 apartments housing 24 people.
“In the near future, residents will begin to move into comfortable apartments. Already 3 contracts for the purchase of residential premises have been submitted for state registration. 3 more have been agreed upon,” The city planning department said.

The contract is valid until 2032.
Currently, 5 barracks have been demolished, 145 people have been resettled, about4 emergency houses began to be demolished. PThe design of the sports complex is being finalized, some of the engineering networks have been updated.
