The Krasnoyarsk Regional Court overturned the sentence of former deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the region Alexander Gliskov and returned the case to the prosecutor.
The ex-deputy was immediately released from custody. Until May 24, 2026, a preventive measure in the form of house arrest was applied to him.
Let us remember that Gliskov was previously convicted of bribes on an especially large scale. To him sentenced to 10 years imprisonment in a maximum security colony. Last summer he was transferred to IK-17.
The defense appealed the verdict. After consideration by the appellate court, the criminal case was sent to the Eastern Transport Prosecutor's Office to remove obstacles.
