On Thursday, after visiting Washington, Prime Minister Netanyahu returned to Israel. In a statement to reporters after the landing, he said US President Donald Trump believed the Iranians could be forced to accept a “good deal” but stressed his skepticism about US talks with Iran.
Netanyahu also stated that if an agreement was concluded, it would have to solve problems that are particularly important for Israel, such as the Iranian nuclear program, the construction of ballistic missiles, or Tehran's support for terrorist organizations.
