Rospotrebnadzor in the Krasnoyarsk Territory issued a warning to a store in Igarka for selling overdue goods.
The department said that a buyer contacted them with a complaint about a store in the 2nd microdistrict of Igarka, where he purchased expired chicken gizzards. Only at home the man discovered that the product had expired six months ago.
Based on this fact, Rospotrebnadzor issued a warning to the owner about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory legal requirements.
The department reminded that if you bought an expired product in a store, you can demand return money or replacement with a similar product with a valid expiration date.
