In Kansk, a persistent traffic violator lost her car

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, bailiffs arrested and sold the car of a 21-year-old resident of Kansk, who violated traffic rules 56 times and did not pay traffic fines on time.
The lady driver systematically exceeded the speed limit and did not wear a seat belt. The amount of her debt amounted to more than 60 thousand rubles.
Having notified the girl about the initiation of enforcement proceedings, the bailiff warned about enforcement measures and other consequences.
“However, the debtor ignored payment of fines. As a result, for each proceeding a decision was made to collect an enforcement fee, the total amount of which was more than 50 thousand rubles. The bailiffs called the citizen for an appointment and presented her with a request to provide a vehicle for drawing up an inventory and arrest report. But even after the Lada car was seized, the owner did not begin to repay the debt. As a result, the transport was sold at auction, and the proceeds were transferred to pay off the debt,” said the GUFSSP for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The Bailiff Service reminded that the arrest of a car is possible if the amount of debt of its owner is more than 3 thousand rubles.
