The newspaper “Birobidzhanskaya Zvezda” (12+) in the section “Across our region” wrote that the village drama group of the Nikolaev House of Culture is well known outside its village.

“He has repeatedly successfully performed on the collective farms “Stalin’s Call” and named after the XVIII Party Congress on Second Volochaevka… In preparation for the regional amateur theater show, the drama club is now rehearsing the plays by N. Ostrovsky “A Profitable Place” (12+) and Glebov’s “Two Comrades” (12+). After the show, the team will show their performances in neighboring settlements – in the village Vladimirovka and in the village of Telman.”

The newspaper informs its subscribers that the village of Pashkovo, Obluchensky district of the Jewish Autonomous Okrug, one of the oldest villages in the Amur region, has changed beyond recognition during the years of Soviet power:

“In Pashkovo there are two collective farms – named after Voroshilov and the Third International” and a machine and tractor station. The intelligentsia of the village is represented by agronomists, medical workers, and teachers. In Pashkovo there is a seven-year school, a hospital with a maternity ward, a community center with a library, a post office. Films are shown regularly. Lecturers from regional and district centers come to Pashkovo.”

The same issue tells about the construction of an inter-collective farm hydroelectric power station on the Samarka River in the Stalinsky district (since 1963, Oktyabrsky district):

“In the coming days, an expedition from the regional office “Selelectro” will go to the construction site to determine the scale of work. The station will provide electricity for six collective farms located in the valley of the Samarka River…”

The newspaper contains material that in the red corner of the Obluchensky locomotive depot, at a ceremonial stop, the presentation of ministerial awards to drivers for accident-free work in 1948 took place. “The amount of bonuses is from 2 to 3.5 thousand rubles. The total amount of cash awards issued is 19,685 rubles. The notable depot driver Comrade Fedyushin was awarded 3052 rubles, Comrade Mazharovsky – 3696 rubles. The driver-instructor, deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR Efim Petrovich Khalay, Comrades Gubin, Yasykov and others were also awarded.”

February 19, 1948

The Bureau of the Regional Party Committee approved the work experience of Comrade Danilova’s team from the collective farm named after. Kirov, Leninsky district, which successfully completed the task of 1947, collecting 186 pounds of wheat from each hectare. In 1948, the unit pledged to grow 210 pounds of wheat on an area of ​​10 hectares and 300 centners of potatoes on an area of ​​3 hectares.

On the initiative of the residents of the village of Teploozersk, on February 19, 1995, the Parish of the Presentation of the Lord was formed. He rents part of the former kindergarten building from the Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Unified Customer”.

In 1999, the first rector of the parish, priest Vladimir Ryabokon, was appointed. In 2001, Hieromonk Barsanuphius became rector of the parish, and he did a lot to organize parish life. Through his labors, the temple premises were equipped, in which Divine services are held today. By decree of Bishop Joseph of Birobidzhan and Kuldur of January 27, 2003, Hieromonk Sophrony was appointed rector of the parish.

On May 27, 2021, Archbishop Ephraim consecrated the bells and belfry of the Parish of the Presentation of the Lord
