Ingredients:
- 300 g of beef;
- 200 g of hunting sausages;
- four potatoes;
- one onion;
- two cloves of garlic;
- one Bulgarian pepper;
- 40 g of tomato paste;
- 50 g of olives;
- black pepper, paprika, a mixture of herbs and salt to taste;
- one bay leaf;
- 40 ml of vegetable oil.
Cooking
- Cut the meat into pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the meat until blurred.
- Clean the onion, cut, add to the pan and fry for five minutes.
- Salt, pepper, season with spices and tomato paste, mix and cook for another five minutes.
- Cut the bell pepper into strips, chop the garlic and send it to the pan.
- Cleam the potatoes, cut into cubes and add to the pan. Pour boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add chopped sausages, salt, peppercorns and bay leaf. Cook another 10 minutes.
- When the beef is ready, pour the hodgepodge into portions and add olives with greens.
