“A honeycomb with hunting sausages is a simple and delicious recipe,” the site says. “I want a hearty and earned first dish that will cheat and add energy? Cooking a hodgepodge! In this recipe we prepare a hodgepodge with hunting sausages and beef, which we first fry, and then add potatoes, bell pepper and at the very end – smoked meal.”

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of beef;
  • 200 g of hunting sausages;
  • four potatoes;
  • one onion;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • one Bulgarian pepper;
  • 40 g of tomato paste;
  • 50 g of olives;
  • black pepper, paprika, a mixture of herbs and salt to taste;
  • one bay leaf;
  • 40 ml of vegetable oil.

Cooking

  1. Cut the meat into pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the meat until blurred.
  2. Clean the onion, cut, add to the pan and fry for five minutes.
  3. Salt, pepper, season with spices and tomato paste, mix and cook for another five minutes.
  4. Cut the bell pepper into strips, chop the garlic and send it to the pan.
  5. Cleam the potatoes, cut into cubes and add to the pan. Pour boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Add chopped sausages, salt, peppercorns and bay leaf. Cook another 10 minutes.
  7. When the beef is ready, pour the hodgepodge into portions and add olives with greens.
