The distance to the border with Ukraine is more than 1600 km.

The Astra publication, using OSINT analysis of the photo, determined that the frame was taken approximately 400–600 meters from the Metafrax Chemicals plant, located at the address: Perm Territory, Gubakha Municipal District, Zavodskaya Street, 1.

Context

In September, drones already attacked the Metafrax plant in the Perm region, then a gas pipeline, a workshop and a fire station were damaged.

Metafrax Group is under sanctions from Great Britain and Ukraine on the grounds that it does business in the defense sector of the Russian Federation.
