The shock wave knocked out windows in one of the high-rise buildings in the area of Selmash Rostov-on-Don. An ambulance team and the Ministry of Emergencies arrived at the place.
Earlier, the locals reported at least five explosions in the sky above Rostov-on-Don. They said that they heard the sound of drones, after – they saw flashes in the sky.
