A resident of Achinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, sued 143 thousand rubles from an expert organization. This was told in the regional Rospotrebnadzor.
The woman wanted to receive compensation for poor -quality roof repair and the decoration of the facade, which was performed by the local employee. To do this, she turned to LLC “Forensic Expertise and Technical Assessment”. They entered into an agreement for 100 thousand rubles, the customer contributed an advance half of the amount.
Already in the draft conclusion, Achinka revealed many shortcomings and technical errors. So, the index and the cadastral number were incorrectly indicated, in addition to the document was drawn up in slurred – it did not spell out what deficiencies were identified and as a result of which work.
After sending the claim, the expert organization began to ignore the woman, which became the reason for contacting Rospotrebnadzor.
WITHThe Pecalists have defended the rights of the customer in court. As a result, SEITO LLC recovered in favor of the customer 143 Thousands of rubles, including advance, forfeit, moral harm and fine.
