The woman claimed that she took the money under pressure from third parties. She stated that she had no intention of concluding contracts, and transferred the funds received to the scammers. However, in court, a bank representative stated that when applying for a loan, the client was warned about possible fraud schemes, and she confirmed in writing that she was acting of her own free will and in her own interests, without being under anyone’s pressure.

In addition, the court took into account the conclusion of a psychological and psychiatric examination. According to him, at the time of signing the documents and transferring the money, the woman could be fully aware of the nature and consequences of her actions.

As a result, the court not only rejected her claim, but also satisfied the bank’s counterclaims. The entire amount of debt under the loan agreements was collected from the woman.
