In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, from October 1, an autumn appeal started. They plan to take 4.5 thousand young people into the army, said the military commissar of the region Andrei Lysenko.
Such a task for the military commissariat of the Krasnoyarsk Territory was established by the headquarters of the Central Military District. The number of conscripts will be approximately the same as in past years. Young people from the Krasnoyarsk Territory will carry out military service for 12 months in all military districts of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for the Protection of the Presidential Regiment and in the scientific companies of the Ministry of Defense.
“Drawn up for military service on military service will not be sent to military units participating in a special military operation, as well as to newly formed constituent entities of the Russian Federation,” the military commissar emphasized.
In the north, the draft campaign starts later-in Dudinka, Turukhansk, Evenkia, North-Seniseisk, Motygino and other settlements of the Far North or equivalent territories, it will begin on November 1 and will last, as in other territories of the region, until December 25.
They will call for men aged 18 to 30 years. They will receive the summons through the public services portal. The document will be entered into a special register. If the conscript does not appear at the military registration and enlistment office within 20 days after placing the agenda in the register, it will be brought to administrative responsibility. A fine can reach 30 thousand rubles.
“Those who did not receive a summons in the previous call are required to come to the military registration and enlistment office on their own at the 2nd week. After receiving the agenda, all conscripts are required to undergo a medical examination to determine their fitness for military service. The law establishes a list of diseases that give the right to delay or exemption from service. Citizens, according to which the draft commissions made decisions on the draft and they were not sent during the previous draft will be sent to the troops without passing the medical board, ”the military commissar explained.
The first draftees are planned to be sent to the service site already in the 10th of October. The Military Commissariat of the Krasnoyarsk Territory for the draft is provided with all necessary property, food and is ready to conduct it.
24 residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory chose an alternative service. It passes, as a rule, outside the region and lasts longer than usual – 21 months.
He reminded the military commissar that young people with higher education can count on a delay from the army, who work in IT companies for at least 1 year, as well as those specialists whose experience was less than a year and they graduated from the university a year before the assignment.
A list of university specialties has also been approved, allowing us to apply for a delay. Among them are mathematics, applied computer science, cartography and geoinformatics, radio engineering, electronics, nanoelectronics and others – in total more than 60 areas.
“The failure to appear without a good reason for a citizen who is on military registration entails the application of temporary measures aimed at ensuring his appearance in relation to such a citizen, in the form. This is a ban on state registration of individuals as individual entrepreneurs, a ban on registration with the tax authority of an individual, suspension of real estate for state registration, restrictions on the use of the citizen with the right to drive vehicles, a ban on state registration of vehicles, a refusal to conclude a loan agreement or a loan agreement, ”the military registration and enlistment office recalls.
They will not be drafted into the army:
- citizens with a criminal record for any crime;
- Those who received a suspended sentence, even if they do not remain in custody;
- employees of the Ministry of Emergencies, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB (for the duration of service in these structures);
- having a degree;
- relatives of the dead military personnel;
- Residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, as well as the Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions;
- received on the medical commission category “B” (exemption from calling in peacetime and enrollment in the reserve), “G” (temporary delay for health reasons), “D” (complete exemption from the draft);
- employees of IT companies who submitted applications within the established time;
- Funics students;
- the only nurse in the family;
- having disability;
- Fathers of 2 or more children.
He reminded the military commissar that in Russia they tightened their punishments for violating the requirements for conscription and military registration. So since 2023, for the fact that the citizen did not report to the military registration and enlistment office about a change in marital status, place of work, education, about moving to another place, he will be punished with a fine of 1 to 5 thousand rubles. For the failure to unite the military commissariat of information about leaving the place of residence for a period of more than 3 months – the imposition of a fine of 10 to 20 thousand rubles (Article 21.5 clauses 4). For non -reference of citizens on the call (agenda) of the military commissariat – the imposition of a fine on officials from 40 to 50 thousand rubles, for legal entities – from 350 to 400 thousand rubles (Article 21.1). For evasion of a medical examination – a fine of 15 to 20 thousand rubles.
