According to Sobolev, payments were delayed by almost a month and a half due to the fact that the actual number of program participants exceeded what was initially predicted. He added that The payment for August was the largest for the entire period of the program.
“The next stage will begin payments for September,” the minister noted.

The publication notes that the budget for 2025 does not provide funds for cashback payments, and the reserve fund from which they planned to temporarily “transfer” money has allegedly already been exhausted.
