Filip Chajzer – known mainly as a radio and television presenter, as well as the host of the “Dzień Dobry TVN” program, has recently become involved in the catering business. The first point under the Kreuzberg Kraft Kebap banner was launched in Warsaw in April 2024. The business was growing quickly, and at its peak the network of kebab stands had seven points. However, some of them have been closed or transformed into food trucks. Now its founder, Filip Chajzer, is focusing on franchising. As he told the “Wiadomości Handlowe” website, he will run three points himself – two in Kraków and one in Kielce. The rest will be given to franchisees.

Filip Chajzer announced the transition to the franchise model at the “Franchise Expo 2026” fair in Nadarzyn at the end of January. — Running a kebab shop is a very absorbing business. It requires an owner on site, so there was a moment when I was constantly traveling between different cities to keep an eye on it and put out various types of fires. In the long run, such a pace was difficult to sustain, Chajzer told “Wiadomości Handlowe”.
He informed that there is considerable interest in franchise cooperation. There are currently five Kreuzberg Kraft Kebap franchisees in the network, and another point will be opened soon – in April in the Old Town of Gdańsk.

What are the conditions for running a kebab shop on a franchise basis? As the “Wiadomości Handlowe” website found out, the franchisee does not have to buy a food truck, he can also operate in a premises adapted for this type of business. He does not have to order deliveries of goods from companies indicated by the franchisor, he can have his own suppliers.
Anyone interested in a franchise with Filip Chajzer is obliged to pay PLN 15,000. PLN entry fee and payment of PLN 3,000 every month. PLN fixed franchise fee. According to “WH”, the company's investment in one point is approximately PLN 150,000. zloty. This is the cost of a ready-made concept, know-how and support during cooperation.
