Private companies cannot – at least for now – use the fast track to obtain permits to build weapons factories, writes “Rzeczpospolita” on Wednesday. This is not made easier by the act, which is supposed to support the development of the arms industry, we read in the newspaper.

“Rzeczpospolita” reminds that The Ministry of National Defense is to maintain a list of key investments using this fast track. He emphasizes that it is already known that it will include investments implemented under the National Deterrence and Defense Program – Shield East.

“It is also known that state-owned companies that will implement key investments, and where the Ministry of State Assets has shares, the Minister of Assets may submit to the list. The problem is that it is not known how private companies would be included in this list. The act does not explain this,” we read in the newspaper. (PAP)
