
Ukrainian culinary YouTube blogger Ivan Yanyuk told how to cook tender chicken wings with a delicious crust.
The food blogger noted that the aroma of the wings prepared according to this recipe is fantastic.
“This is my favorite recipe, and this is the only way I cook wings,” he assured.
Product
- 1 kg chicken wings;
- 30 g ginger;
- two teaspoons of dry garlic;
- one teaspoon of smoked paprika;
- two tablespoons of corn starch;
- 50 g soy sauce;
- sesame;
- green;
- two tablespoons of unagi sauce.
Preparation
- Cut the wings along the phalanx. Make three cuts on each side in the fleshy part.
- Prepare the marinade. Cut the ginger into strips, add dry garlic, smoked paprika, starch, soy sauce and unagi sauce. Stir and place the wings in the marinade.
- Cover with cling film and marinate for 40 minutes.
- Place the wings on a preheated frying pan, removing the ginger pieces.
- Fry for about four minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Place the finished wings on a paper towel.
- Sprinkle with herbs and sesame seeds if desired.
