The governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov, during the annual message, spoke about the transition to a new system of organization of local self -government.
The head of the region said that it was necessary to carry out a large organizational, administrative, norm -making work.
“Already now, a list of regulatory documents that will need to be changed have been prepared by the edge. This list is constantly increasing. There are now several hundred legal acts of the region. The next step will be the distribution of authority. A completely new system will be formed by 2029, ”said Mikhail Kotyukov.

The governor noted that the territories will continue to receive funding, and the benefits and support measures in the villages will remain. All public services, as before, will be available to residents.
Mikhail Kotyukov also said that five working groups have already been created for operational assistance to municipal districts during the association. They will deal with budgeting and development of infrastructure, interaction with federal structures.
