The governor had warned the population during the night about a “enemy drone threat”.

Inside the regional capital, a drone attack targeted a children's sanatorium in the Shevcenkivskii district, said Igor Terehov, the mayor of Kharkiv – Ukraine's second most populous city before Moscow's February 2022 invasion.

In Kyiv, the head of the local military administration, Timur Tkacenko, urged residents to be cautious in the face of an attack by “ballistic missiles” Russian in progress.

Ukraine is bombed daily. Nearly four years after Russia launched its full-scale offensive, Moscow is targeting Ukrainian electrical infrastructure in particular with drones and missiles, causing blackouts in the middle of winter.
