Products for dough

  • 600 g chicken liver;
  • 1 onion;
  • 250 ml milk;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 175 g flour;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Products for filling

  • 2 onions;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • black pepper to taste;
  • dill greens;
  • 250 ml mayonnaise.

Ingredients for decoration

  • 2 boiled eggs;
  • dill greens;
  • pomegranate seeds.

Preparation

  1. Puree the liver and onion with a blender.
  2. Add salt, pepper, eggs, vegetable oil and mix everything with a whisk.
  3. Add flour and beat everything with a mixer until smooth.
  4. Gradually add milk and stir.
  5. Prepare liver pancakes in a frying pan.
  6. Prepare the filling. To do this, chop the onions and carrots and fry them in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Mix mayonnaise with chopped garlic and dill. Stir.
  8. Assemble the cake. To do this, coat each pancake with sauce and add carrots and onions.
  9. Decorate the sides of the cake with chopped dill, and the top with grated egg white and egg. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
  10. Place the finished cake in the refrigerator for several hours.
