In 2025, as part of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, about 240 kilometers of new road surface were put into operation in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. For repair work from the federal and regional budgets allocated about 8.7 billion rubles.
The Ministry of Transport reported that this season workers carried out reconstruction at one of the key regional facilities – the Krasnoyarsk – Elite highway. The road has already been put into operation. Currently, the repair of the Yeniseisk-Vysokogorsky road, in the section from 42 to 57 kilometers, is coming to an end. The total length of the sections is more than 17 kilometers. Not long ago, specialists began reconstructing two more objects – a transport interchange on the Krasnoyarsk bypass, in the area of the village of Solontsy, and a section in the area of the railway crossing in the village of Zykovo, on the Krasnoyarsk – Kuznetsovo – Zykovo highway.
“This season turned out to be capital-intensive – nine overhaul projects with completion in one season, four reconstruction projects, two of which are also being commissioned this year. Not everything went smoothly – in some places there were difficulties with laying asphalt concrete, in others with landscaping elements, but in general all planned objects were completed. The quality of this season’s work was also noted at the federal level – at the end of November, the Krasnoyarsk Territory received an award for the development of road infrastructure within the framework of the national project,” shared the head of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Highway Administration Andrey Zhuravlev.
At the moment, major repairs have been completed on 22 kilometers of regional roads. On the bypass of Krasnoyarsk, the subgrade was strengthened, several layers of asphalt concrete were laid, the culvert system was repaired, and a barrier fence and lighting were installed. On behalf of the President of the Russian Federation, transit in the village of Nikolskoye – a section of the Emelyanovo – Nikolskoye – Taloe road was overhauled. Similar work was carried out on sections of the routes Taskino – Ustyug – Garevoye, Partizanskoye – Boguslavka – Kalinovka, Atamanovo – Kononovo – Kekur and Elita – Areiskoye – station. Kacha.
Another 202 kilometers were put into operation after comprehensive repairs. Contractors restored the surface, cleaned the ditches, filled the shoulders, equipped the areas with new barrier fencing, bus stops, pedestrian crossings, drainage, and road signs.
“Our strategic goal is to improve the quality, safety and comfort of road infrastructure, focusing on the long-term interests of residents and the development of the region. Therefore, the road industry of the Krasnoyarsk Territory works continuously: reconstruction of roads and major repairs of bridges are carried out all year round, including the winter period. Preparations for the next season have already begun – on behalf of the Governor, all contracts for 2026 must be concluded no later than March. Planning is underway, schedules are being drawn up, and advances are being provided so that contractors are fully prepared for the start of road work,” added Dmitry Zotin, Minister of Transport of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
